Bio

Tonia Beglari AKA 1/2 of Browntourage

No matter how much I love Adobe, .pdf’s will never be able to encapsulate what I have to offer (to be fair though, neither will .docs).

I graduated from UC Berkeley at age 20 and made my first website at age 9 in a suburban home in Valley Ranch, Texas. In order to avoid being ridiculed by classmates, I kept my artistically nerdy interests on the down-low throughout my life. Debating in high school gave me something to fill all the extra time that I had, and therefore my webdesign home-school took a pause while I filled my brain with ultra-consciousness.

In college, I took classes in traditional fine art in order to build my eye for design. Though I was majoring in International Studies, I took on a couple intensive branding, publicity, and webdesign roles for various campus groups and non-profits. The recession gave my formal education the axe, and I got my degree a year early. Here I am now, living in one of the best cities in the world (San Francisco), getting my design on.

I want to do what I am good at, and co-ordinate fresh looks and forward campaigns to expand the presence of groups that are worth it.

Get at me.
